Godly counsel<\/strong> is essential because the people we listen to often determine the direction we take and, ultimately, the outcomes we experience. Not every voice deserves influence and not everyone is qualified to give directions for a life they themselves are unwilling to submit to God.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Godly Counsel Matters Because Wrong Voices Can Deceive Us<\/span><\/h2>\n

Paul was astonished that the believers in Galatia had allowed themselves to be influenced by people who had distorted the truth they had already received.<\/p>\n

“O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth…?” \u2014 Galatians 3:1 (KJV)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The apostle’s question is just as relevant today:<\/p>\n
